Experience needed: 5-10 years of total experience- hands on experience, 3 years + of those years in technical lead roles, 2-3 years experience architecting with SIP protocol, 5 years of overall VoIP development experience, CTI and telephony application development ISDN and SS7 hands on experience Unix environment, Windows environment, Embedded development. C, C++ proficiency, Java.
